Making A Purchase
Buying from Hockey Goalkeeper could not be easier. Simply browse through our online catalogue and and select the item(s) you want by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page. When you have finished, click on 'Checkout' to go to our secure payment page and complete your order.
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Delta and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
For orders within the UK we use Parcelforce for items such as kit orders and larger equipment. This is free and your order will normally be delivered the next working day, as long as the goods you have ordered are in stock. For smaller and cheaper items we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery, which normally delivers in 2 working days. Both delivery services require a signature, so consider using a work address for delivery.
For orders received from the EU, our premium service is Parcelforce Global Priority. This delivers to most EU destinations in 2 - 5 working days and a signature is required.
Customers from outside the UK should be aware that customs import charges may be levied by the destination country. Check first with the customs authority in your country before ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for any charges they may levy on your order.
Delivery Schedule
If we receive your order by 13:30, your order will be shipped the same day as long as the goods are in stock. During busy periods we cannot always guarantee that we will ship your order on the same day, so call us if you need your order urgently. If you order on a Friday, the next working day service means that your goods would be delivered on Monday. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery items are normally delivered in around 2 working days and goods sent by Parcelforceare delivered in 48 hours.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will inform you within 48 hours if there will be a delay with your order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We use a third party called SECPay to process our credit and debit card transactions. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, plus an e-mail confirmation from SECPay to say that a deferred payment has been received. This means that you will not be charged until the goods are ready to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and also an e-mail from SECPay, telling you that the deferred payment has been released and that your card has been charged.
SECPay use state-of-the-art security to ensure that your payment is secure.

We want you to be happy with our service, but should you have reason to complain, you can be sure your complaint will be dealt with quickly, fairly and effectively. We will also handle any grievances with complete confidentiality. Should you have cause to complain, we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days, advise you on how long it is likely to take to resolve it and keep you informed of our progress. We are always anxious to improve our service, so any comments are welcome on the above telephone number or e-mail address.
We offer a 30 day 'No Quibble' returns policy for goods which are unused. We will exchange the goods or issue a refund.

Returns Policy
At Hockey Goalkeeper we want you to be happy with your purchase. However we recognise that occasionally you may want to return an item. Our 'No Quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in it's original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund excluding postage charges. If you return an item for exchange, we will not charge you another postage fee for the replacement goods to be sent.
You can always return an item if you feel it is defective. Wrap the parcel securely, enclosing a note detailing the fault. Please e-mail us for a returns address.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service where your parcel can be traced if it goes missing. If the item you return is deemed defective, or if we have sent you something in error, we will refund the postage charges you incur.
In order to maintain our high customer service standards, should you consider any item to be defective we may require it to be inspected by the manufacturer before any further action can be taken.
We cannot unfortunately accept items back which have been printed or embroidered, unless you deem them to be faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for in full before despatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo cards. If you are sending payment by cheque, we will wait until the cheque has cleared before sending the goods.
