For all internet and telephone orders, we use two kinds of delivery service. |
| Parcelforce (UK only)
This is a secure delivery service where a signature is required. If there is nobody available to sign for your package, they will put a card through your door and you will have to collect the parcel from your nearest depot.

| The driver will not leave the parcel with a neighbour or round the back of your house. It is advisable to always use a delivery address where you know there will be someone available to sign for your parcel, such as a work address or a relative.

| Royal Mail Recorded (UK only)
Recorded Delivery parcels are normally delivered within two working days and a signature will be required.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, a card will be left so you can collect your parcel at a Royal Mail depot. You will need to take some form of identification with you. If you do not collect the parcel within two weeks, it will be returned to us.
For your peace of mind, we can track your parcel with Royal Mail should it go missing. |
