|  | What if I need to return something? At Hockey Goalkeeper we want you to be happy with your purchase. However we recognise that occasionally you may want to return an item. Our 'No Quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in it's original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
If you return an item for exchange, we will not charge you a postage fee for the replacement goods to be sent. |
| How long will my stuff take to arrive?
Any orders placed before 13:30 will be despatched the same day (Monday to Friday) as long as the order is in stock. Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days (within the UK). If you need your stuff urgently, we may be able to send your order on a 24 hour service - contact us first.
If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be informed within 48 hours and given the option of waiting for the stock to come in or cancelling your order.
Most parcels we send will require a signature, so consider using a work address for delivery or asking your neighbour to do you a favour! |
